Summary of deposit and full payment cancellation policies:

We understand that unexpected things happen and that plans sometimes need to be changed or cancelled. We value your interests in Black Star Surf Camps& Tours and will do everything possible to work with you in the event that a cancellation is needed. Our cancellation policies are put forth in Section 4 (Cancellation by the Client) and Section 5 (Cancellation by Us) of the Black Star Surf Camp& Tours Terms, Conditions and Waiver Form. For your convenience, we have summarized the conditions if you cancel your trip with us:

• You are entitled to a full refund on your deposit if you cancel your reservation within 2 days payment to Black Star Surf Camp & Tour’s PayPal account.
• You are entitled to a full refund on your deposit if you cancel your surf camp or tour 120 days or more prior to trip departure.
• You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your surf camp or tour 119-60 days prior to trip departure
• Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to trip departure — you will forfeit 50% of total booking cost.
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to departure — you will forfeit 100% of total booking cost.
